Our Team

Redmon Design Company was founded in 1992 by Scott Redmon and his wife, Jeanie Redmon.

Scott Redmon, Principal and lead designer, graduated with honors and received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida in 1988.  He is licensed in the State of Florida as a landscape architect and through his dedication of designing creative and striking gardens and landscapes he has become one of Central Florida's most sought after landscape architects for high-end residential and commercial projects. He has traveled many parts of the world in an effort to understand the individual elements that compse timeless and memorable spaces and experiences. Scott has designed award winning outdoor spaces for over 16 years, with a passion for understanding classic design - but always eager to explore new technologies and materials as they become available. Scott is actively involved in all sspects of design, specification, and product research. Scott is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), the National Spa & Pool Institute, Home Builder's Association of Mid-Florida (HBA) and the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA).

Vice President, Jeanie Redmon, is the creative force behind all of the marketing, graphics and visual arts. Jeanie is actively involved in new product research, property development, office adventures while raising two great children. Jeanie is an artist in her own right with many different endeavors at any one time. Jeanie received a Bachelors of Design from the College of Fine Arts at the University of Florida after studying fine arts at Flagler College in St. Augustine. Jeanie has also completed the Rollins College Crummer Business Management Program.

Project Manager, Brent Graham, graduated with honors and received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida in 2000. Brent provides landscape and site design, production of construction documents, and project administration services for our clients..

Administrative Assistant & Merchandising Manager, Tiffany Pascuzzi, assists with project management, merchandise orders, and office administration. As our merchandise manager Tiffany oversees the specification and ordering of all our garden products. Tiffany also coordinates with our team of landscape architects and designers completing their design with the finishing touches necessary to achieve world class results. Tiffany provides personal service with our homewoners, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and property managers throughout Florida, the United States, Jamaica, and the Bahamas to decide which pieces are best for each garden space. Tiffany has been with our company since 2003 and has developed a strong relationship with artists, craftsmen, and vendors from around the world. Tiffany completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and her enthusiasm and strong sense of style is a huge asset to our clients and our team.

Executive Director for Finance & Administration, Lori Polizzi, is our chief administrator and handles all finances and general administration for our design and merchandise business. Lori is the catalyst to everything running smoothly and efficiently. Lori has an unbelievable drive to keep the business organized which is extremely important in making sure our clients and vendors are politely and accurately coordinated. Lori received her Associates degree in Liberal Education and a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from Bemidji State University and was initiated as a lifetime member to Alpha Phi Sigma - continuing her education with certification in Leadership, Human Resources, and Communication from Rollins College. Lori came to us with 15 years of Administrative, Finance, and Customer Service Experience.
